AMS Training courses are designed and developed based on experiential learning activities that are proven to enhance retention and improve on-the-job performance. We do not provide instructor-centered, lecture-based training; our courses engage participants and ask them to make a direct correlation between the class concepts and their work responsibilities.
The Process:
Analyze – We will partner with businesses to conduct a needs analysis to determine the particular business need that should be addressed and if training is the right solution.
Prioritize – We will work with business partners to determine their highest priorities regarding strategies, timelines, methods and results. We will clarify the expected outcomes of the determined solutions.
Design – We will customize each training module to meet the specific needs of each organization. Blended learning strategies can be combined to align with delivery media.
Develop – We will create experiential, interactive courses that result active engagement. Site based scenarios will create interest and relevance for learners.
Implement – We deliver high quality training solutions.
Follow Up – We provide the necessary support after training events to enhance on-the-job application. We can design structured practice activities, feedback analysis and job aids to facilitate optimum learning outcomes.
