Performance Consulting – We will partner with you to conduct a needs analysis and determine the particular business need that should be addressed.  We can conduct on-the-job observations, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, data analysis or surveys to help you determine an appropriate solution to improve performance.

Training Courses and Seminars – We will customize training courses to each organization in order to best meet your educational needs.  Job related scenarios and examples will be incorporated in order to facilitate optimal work place applications of skills learned.  All courses are interactive and engaging for participants conducted by professional facilitators.  Blended learning opportunities are also available to meet your delivery needs.

Instructional Design – Our team has extensive experience in instructional design.  We can create customized courses based on the ADDIE design methods (analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate).  These courses can be delivered by our training professionals or designed for easy delivery by a professional on your team.  Additionally, we can produce employee handbooks, instructional guides or job aids to help equip your team with the tools they need to perform with excellence.
