Our methodology for supporting employers in designing their apprenticeship training is based on a pragmatic approach which takes into consideration existing training, operational challenges, business strategy and workforce requirements. Our approach to customising training programmes is to work with organisations in creating programmes that are bespoke to their needs. We achieve this through a series of design sessions/workshops, to help us understand our client’s business in greater detail.
